1. About Doorstep

Doorstep (“Doorstep”, “we”, “us”) provides a lead-finding tool that maps businesses near a venue, scores them as leads and helps create invitations such as lunch offers. We are based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

2. The waitlist

3. Using the website

You may use the website to learn about Doorstep and to contact us. You agree not to:

4. Our content

The Doorstep name and logo, the website’s text, design, videos and screenshots belong to Doorstep or its licensors. Screens and examples on the website use fictional companies and a made-up demo restaurant; they illustrate how the tool works and are not real customers or results, except where we clearly say a figure comes from our pilot. Stock photos are used under the Unsplash License and credited where shown.

5. Data shown about companies

Doorstep works with publicly available business information, such as company listings and contact details that companies publish on their own websites, and shows the source of each contact. Public information can be out of date or incomplete. Lead scores and signals are estimates to help you decide who to contact first; they are not facts about a company and are not a promise that it will respond or book.

6. Your outreach

Doorstep helps you prepare invitations, but it does not send messages for you. When you contact a business you are responsible for what you send and for following the laws that apply, including UAE rules on marketing communications and personal data. Make it easy for recipients to opt out, and respect requests not to be contacted again.

7. No guarantees

We work hard to keep the website and the tool accurate and available, but we provide the website “as is”. We do not guarantee that it will always be available or error-free, or that using Doorstep will lead to a particular number of bookings or amount of revenue.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, Doorstep is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits or business, arising from your use of the website or the waitlist. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the website means you accept it.
